Answers to Common Questions

We have gathered information on how to organize your trip, treatment costs, and the medical methods we use.

How do I start the process for treatment?

You need to send us your medical records, test results, and imaging scans (MRI/CT). Our doctors will hold a consultation, create a preliminary treatment plan, and calculate the cost. This service is free.

Do I need a visa, and do you help with it?

Yes, a visa is required (usually S1 or S2 type). Once the treatment plan is approved, we will send you an official invitation letter from the hospital, which you can use to apply for a visa at the Chinese embassy in your country.

How does the cost compare to Europe or the US?

Treatment costs in China are typically 30-50% lower than in Europe, the US, or Israel, while maintaining comparable quality of equipment and services. You pay directly to the hospital cashier according to state-regulated prices.

What is Integrative Medicine and TCM?

We combine advanced Western technologies (surgery, chemotherapy, stem cells) with Traditional Chinese Medicine (acupuncture, herbal therapy). This approach helps reduce side effects, boost immunity, and accelerate recovery.

Will there be a language barrier?

No. Every international patient is assigned a personal coordinator/interpreter who speaks your language and accompanies you during all procedures and doctor rounds.

How long does a rehabilitation or treatment course last?

A standard rehabilitation course lasts from 14 to 21 days. Cancer treatment or complex cases may require a longer stay or multiple visits. Exact timelines are determined after reviewing your medical documents.

Where will we stay during treatment?

The hospital provides comfortable wards (including VIP suites and family rooms) where the patient can stay with an accompanying person. Rooms are equipped with a kitchen, internet, and TV.

Can I get a consultation remotely?

Yes, we offer video consultations with professors. You can ask the doctor questions and get a 'second opinion' from the comfort of your home.
